Nat is an accomplished engineering leader with over two decades of experience spanning software development, network architecture in globally recognized organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at NetBox Labs, he leads a distributed team of engineers. Previously, Nat spent nearly eight years at Netflix, where he contributed to building one of the world’s largest CDNs and led the design of critical automation and delivery systems.
An entrepreneur at heart, he co-founded a local ISP in rural Wales and actively supports his community as a school governor, also helping to run the local Code Club. He lives in Pembrokeshire and has worked from home since 2011. He is an active participant in the European internet community, attending and presenting at events such as UKNOF, RIPE and NetUK.
