Charles has over 20 years’ leadership experience at the forefront of defence technology, communications, data and digital transformation. He has held a number of senior positions in the British Army where he has led high-performing teams and complex technology and operational programmes in some of the most challenging environments around the world.
Charles joined Sirius Insight in May 2026, and leads on the strategic planning and deployment of our maritime surveillance systems internationally to deliver operational outcomes efficiently, accountably and at pace.
