Our Products do not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

This agreement covers the use of data and data analysis products (together “Products”) designed and provided by Sirius Constellation Limited (“Sirius”) by a user (the “User”).    



The User shall use the Products for his/her own internal use only. Except as otherwise set forth herein, The User shall have no other rights with respect to the Products, including without limitation, any right otherwise to use, distribute, furnish or resell the Products or any portion or derivative thereof. The User may not use the Products for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this agreement. Except as expressly permitted pursuant to this agreement, The User may not copy, reproduce, republish, recompile, redeliver, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, modify, upload, post, transmit, create derivative works from, or in any other way create a misimpression or confusion among users with respect to sponsorship or affiliation or exploit in any way material from the Products. 



This service is only provided for the Use Period as defined in the email sent to you with your system access information. 



In order to provide and enhance our Products we need to collect and process certain personal information about our users.  Please review our Privacy Statement, which governs your visit to our sites and use of our Products to understand our practices with regard to your personal information.



All content provided on this site is owned by or licensed to Sirius and/or its affiliates (the "Sirius Content") and protected by United Kingdom, European Union, United States and international copyright laws. Sirius and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to the Sirius Content. 

The information provided is Confidential; no disclosure may be made of the contents without Sirius’s written consent; and the information herein can only be used for the evaluation of Sirius product, and may not be used to compete with or circumvent Sirius in the pursuit of its commercial activities. 



The User acknowledges and agrees that nothing in this agreement constitutes an undertaking by Sirius to provide the Products in their present form or under any specifications. Sirius, in its sole and absolute discretion may from time to time make additions to, deletions from, modifications to, or change the format and features of the Products.

The User also acknowledges that Sirius may be obliged to alter, modify or reduce the scope of the Products due to the implementation of national, international or private restrictions on systems, data or agreements. If such restriction applies to the Products, Sirius shall bear no responsibility and shall not be obliged to make refund of any fee or pay any compensation to the User.



Sirius is not liable for any unauthorised use of the Products. The User shall remain liable for all confidential or proprietary information disclosed by The User or its affiliates as a result of any unauthorised use of the Products. Sirius may, without notice, choose to block User's access to the Data and Services if Sirius has reason to believe that Products are being used by an unauthorised person, in any manner inconsistent with the User Agreement or for other reasons deemed appropriate by Sirius in its sole discretion.

Sirius reserves the right to refuse the creation of duplicate accounts for the same user. In a case where duplicate accounts are detected, we reserve the right to close or merge these duplicate Accounts without notification. Users may not duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account.  No signing in on more than one device is allowed at the same time with one account.



The ship characteristics and ownership data is provided for User’s internal information and reference purposes only and Sirius does not control or warrant the accuracy, relevance, availability, timeliness or completeness of any data.  The User acknowledges and agrees that the AIS Data which are used by the Products is based on limited information available from satellite data which is necessarily incomplete and likely to be inaccurate for many reasons including but not limited to errors in reception and transmission by satellite, defective onboard equipment, inadvertent or deliberate misreporting.  Use of the Products is solely at the User’s own risk.

Any inferences in terms of risk rating drawn from the Products are only indicative and corroboration should be sought before taking any action.  Moreover, it is possible for a transgressor to avoid detection as a result of the incompleteness or inaccuracy of the data available. 

The Recipient remains entirely responsible for any and all breach of sanctioned activities as determined by Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom, The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Department of the US Treasury and any other body administering and enforcing sanctions.



Neither Sirius nor its officers or employees assume any responsibility as to the accuracy or completeness of and, to the extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any errors or omissions or any loss, damage or expense incurred by reliance on the ship characteristics or ownership data supplied by SiriusInsight.AI and produced in the attached Report. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, neither Sirius nor its officers or employees shall ever be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

No warranty or other term of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including but not limited to quality, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, is given with respect to any data supplied by Sirius.  

Nothing in this User Agreement will be construed to create rights in favour of any person not a party to this agreement.

The User shall, at its expense, indemnify, defend, and hold Sirius and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, actions, proceedings, costs, and expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to the use of the Products by the User or its breach of this Agreement.



The User acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to Sirius for which monetary damages may not be sufficient, and the User agrees that Sirius will be entitled to seek, in addition to its other rights and remedies hereunder or at law, injunctive or all other equitable relief, and such further relief as may be proper from a court of competent jurisdiction.


Any dispute regarding any Sirius Product is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts and will be governed by English Law.
